The collaboration with AltLayer builds on Oasys’ own Layer 2 development offering, which uses Optimism’s established open-source development framework, the OP Stack. The partnership with AltLayer comes on the heels of the decision to accept rollups developed by third parties through Oasys Governance.

With a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore (NUS), and previous leadership stints at Parity and Zilliqa, Yaoqi is well-versed in blockchain security, distributed systems, web security & privacy, and network security.
